This book unlike other books about Veerappan is based on interviews with hundreds of people who were involved in catching Veerappan and with actual visits to the places where incidents related to Veerappan took place. The Author Dr. D.V. Guruprasad , a former DGP of Karnataka , is also an established author who has also translated K Vijay Kumar;s “Veerappan – chasing the Brigand” into Kannada.
