- Once an order has been placed on KannadaPustaka.Net , the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued for the same.
- Refunds will be given solely at the discretion of KannadaPustaka.Net when either books are out of print or not available for a longer period of time.
- KannadaPustaka.Net is not responsible for loss in transit of books ordered. It is equally the responsibility of the Purchaser to keep track of the status of the purchase/shipping via the given tracking code.
- KannadaPustaka.Net will not resend nor will it inform purchasers if books are returned due to incorrect address. If the Customer insists that books be resent, it will be on actual costs of shipping.
- KannadaPustaka.Net will not be responsible for the wear and tear of books during reading etc nor will any replacement be given.
